Originally from Cordele, Georgia, Maurice (Mo) Shorter joined the Roshambo opening team this time last year. He studied culinary arts at Savannah State University and has worked in kitchens for the last 15 years. Mo's drive to work at a high level every shift and his desire to share his knowledge with those around him make him an incredible choice to help lead the team at Roshambo.
