Do you require a deposit?

Yes. The required deposit is 50% of the food and beverage minimum.

What is your cancellation policy?

If the client cancels more than two weeks (14 days) from the event date and is able to rebook another date, 100% of the deposit will be credited and transferred to the future event. This policy does not apply during major holidays, as well as the month of May, and Thanksgiving Day through December 26.
The deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels within two weeks (14 days) from the event date.
If the client cancels within two weeks (14 days) of the event date, but is willing or able to rebook another date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
In exceptional circumstances, Unsukay Restaurants may consider a partial refund of the deposit if the cancellation is made for reasons beyond the client’s reasonable control.

All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are charged based on consumption. Our management team would be happy to discuss preselected beverage options, or you may opt for an open bar!

Can I bring my own décor?

You are welcome to bring décor or floral arrangements if it is not intrusive to service. We ask that you do not bring anything that must be hung on walls or windows. No glitter or confetti, please.

Can I bring my own cake or dessert?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own cake or dessert.

Please make the management team aware so they may assist with storing the dessert prior to your event.

Can we do split checks?

Yes, we can split checks for parties of 10 or less if it is a seated event. Otherwise we can split checks evenly for any party over 10.

The Side Hustle is equipped with modern amenities to enhance your event’s impact. Featuring two flat-screen televisions with audio capabilities, you can effortlessly incorporate presentations into your gathering. From business presentations to sentimental slideshows, our space adapts to your needs.
