Three Amigos. Three Cocktails. No Bad Choices.

We went all the way to Casa Herradura in Jalisco and came home with three barrels of tequila you won’t find at your neighborhood liquor store—or anywhere outside the Unsukay family of restaurants, for that matter.

Meet My Little Buttercup, Plethora of Piñatas and El Gringo: our very own Herradura barrel selections, named in honor of Three Amigos and now starring in Roshambo’s Tequila Cocktail Trio.

Each trio features three cocktails built to show off a different side of our tequilas, with flavors and ingredients changing regularly depending on what our bar team is currently excited about. Think of it as a tiny tequila adventure without the airfare to Jalisco.

Add the optional snack pairing because drinking three tequila cocktails without snacks seems unnecessarily ambitious.

The cocktails will change. The tequila won’t. And these barrels are ours until they’re gone.
